I purchased a Buick Enclave from this dealership in Sept of 2014, and became a victim of a Bait and Switch operation At the dealership on Sept20th we agreed on a trade in value of our Rendezvous and the purchase price of an Enclave that had an AM/FM/CD/DVD audio unit with Navigation Since it was being acquired from another dealership, we had to wait several days to get it We picked up the car on Sept24, and were informed that due to the loss of some rebates some numbers had to be changed on the Retail Installment Agreement to keep the price the same At no time were we informed that we were signing papers to buy a different vehicle with fewer options Believing that we were dealing with a reputable business, we signed the installment agreement and drove away The next morning I discovered that the car we had taken possession of not only didn't include a Navigation System, but the VIN number on the car did not match the car we had negotiated for We contacted the dealership and they admitted to making a mistake However, instead of having us return the car and getting the correct one, they offered to replace the original radio with one that had navigation for $ So now, we not only didn't have the car we had been assured we were getting for the price we had negotiated, they now wanted us to pay an additional charge to make things right Since we felt there was no way that we should be charged to correct their mistake, I took the problem directly to Buick Customer Service Their representative offered to give us a $credit to use for Buick Accessories While not the solution we wanted, we decided to take that offer since Conners Automotive refused to correct THEIR mistake at THEIR expense The aim here is to caution others about the deceptive and fraudulent business that we fell victim to

I have always heard great things about the way customers are treated at ConnorsI purchased a Jeep Wrangler there in and was treated very wellThey are family owned and operated, so the actual owners are there every dayI met of them when I took delivery and they couldn't have been nicerIt was such a great buying experience that I will not go anywhere else to buy a vehicle from now onI highly recommend Connors Automotive
