Conn's

I purchased a washer dryer set from conns. the warranty period has expired. My dryer quit working. It would turn on, but never cycled into the dry cycle. I called conns customer service. After punching lots of numbers, i.e. "press 1 if this is an appliance. Press 2 if this is electronics.... "etc...
the first available opening for repair of my clothes dryer (which at the time had wet clothes inside) was TWO WEEKS away. Yes. TWO weeks. The customer service agent at Conns gave me the number to the appliance maker, being Samsung.
That was a cluster as well.
The price was good, the service is not good.

Don't go there cons.... They have hidden fee and insurance that they don't tell you about
