I feel like this business has no communication and no sense of urgencyI will have waited months to have my washer repairedThey told Me to business days to receive partsThat's fine if you meet those lofty times to receive partsI waited two extra days abd called and was told that my parts were still on order and some story to back up whyThey then called days later to say they shipped and to call to schedule 1st available appointmentI've been waiting a month to get my washe fixed nowI call back told schedule and the earliest time is over weeks awayThere is no reason to leave a customer with an inoperable appliance for the amount of time they haveThey don't seem to have any concessions to speed up repairsI Will write reviews on every website I can to keep people clear of this company

I feel like this business has no communication and no sense of urgency. I will have waited 2 months to have my washer repaired. They told Me 5 to 10 business days to receive parts. That's fine if you meet those lofty times to receive parts. I waited two extra days abd called and was told that my parts were still on order and some story to back up why. They then called 5 days later to say they shipped and to call to schedule 1st available appointment. I've been waiting a month to get my washe fixed now. I call back told schedule and the earliest time is over 2 weeks away. There is no reason to leave a customer with an inoperable appliance for the amount of time they have. They don't seem to have any concessions to speed up repairs. I Will write reviews on every website I can to keep people clear of this company.
