. Never did they deliver on their promise even before the 30 days was even up we had problems and requested a full refund Number is no longer in serv.
we are owed 10,000 from this company and we are not getting any response to are emails letters phones calls and now there number is not in service.

If they will refund our money I will withdraw my negative comments other than this will see them in court and take it out across social media and news

In response to the comments of this complaint , I have and will provide copies of screen shots, recordings, emails etc...
First of all, our same number for near ten years XXXX XXX XXXX is still in working condition, this is a lie as well as this client paying 10.0000 Dollars, I can show receipt of the collected amount. Lastly and again documents are available to support , we advise this client not to falsely document a patients chart and treatment. To be more specific some insurance benefits will not permit doi g same day treatment for all four quads of Scaling and Root Planning aka SRP. We do not support falsifying dental claims and advice Sheppard not to do so.

we do have a recording of her phone being out probably for Non payment. We have asked for the refund of services not provided since 3-23-20 *** is using private information she has obtained from our Practice to avoid paying what she owes which is a violation of hippa. We have a paper trail with No response to the refund. We have the right to know when will be issued the money owed and when. Everything else she is saying has no bearing to the reason we are not happy with her unprofessional FAKE business which operates out of a nursing home according to the address she has on site.

This complaint was closed and had been answered. Complaint continued to contact us when after explaining to us that we could not agree that they were submitting claims with the wrong date of service. For example husband of the dentist after telling him that Delta Dental does not allow SRP code 4341 , all four quads weren't allowed the same day. He said that they submitting the quads on different days but did all four on the same day. We find this unethical and wrong. At this point the client then started harassing and threatening emails and text. We did respond to the complaint and find that the case was closed due to us not answering. Please review the history it was answered.

Requested a refund over a month ago. They will not respond to me at all now on when I can expect my refund.
We started using the company around Jan 18th. On March 28th as we were still not receiving services we mutually agreed to part ways with a full refund to us. I have emails! Appox 39 days later we still have not received our refund and they will not answer any calls or emails from me. They wanted all their payment up front before services were rendered and they never rendered any services. 30 days is more then enough time for an accountant to issue a refund.

Office manager travels between two different offices. She was the on point of contact. When the system was down ( multiple screen shots ) and we were unable to login, office manager was not available. However client signed a provider profile, which indicates a thirty day notice of termination. Client paid for only one month, thirty day notice expanded over the one day month client had paid.

I have email and text stating that we would receive a refund as they never provided any services. I also have email, text and phone records of attempting to contact them in response to every message sent to me. I also can provide an email showing that I provided her with the information requested and she still didn't provide services. I have all documents to back me up! Including stating I would receive a refund.

We have all clients read and sign our guidelines of termination of our service and the process of a refund. Which is a thirty day notice. We can not help the fact that appointed person for us communicate with was 50% our of the office and if the computer in which we are assigned is not on, we can not provide the service. We are more than happy to give the client the month of service however we stand behind our provider profile that indicates how to receive a refund. However providing the month of service we HAVE to be able to communicate with the individual or an individual that can assist should the same issues arise.

I have provided more than adequate information to prove that you stated you would refund us our money. If you were not going to do so why did you tell me twice that you would? You had access to two computers at all times. You also had access to three employees emails and a phone number. I have also provided and can provide again where we tried numerous of times to contact you and you did not respond.

We have left a review before and renewed our services with conphirm. The progress that has left our practice in using an outsource for insurance verification show advantages in multiple areas. More of a smooth operation in checking patients in and out. No interruptions, more time to spend on the phone with new patients. We do have to contact the patients ourselves if the insurance is inactive but understand the reasoning behind it because if could mislead the patient if the rep of conphirm is not actually in the office. Other than that, this is the only role our practice plays in retrieving the verification of our patients benefits. We use Open Dental in our practice and when they add the breakdown to images it does make treatment presentation much easier. I recommend out sourcing insurance verification for any practice, it definitely and advantage all around.

We had our reservations about the age of the company because we began with Conphirm when they just had open, we felt like there was not enough time to back up the service, so we held off for about a yearWe decided to give it a tryThe first couple of days we had trouble with successfully having breakdowns loaded into the patient's file, but soon rectify the problem We since have had things going pretty wellVerification has been on time and accurateIf we could the service a little cheaper we be thrilledIt is a small portion of what we normally pay for a full time employee and we aren't writing off accounts anymore, so over all regardless of the fee, we certainly are finding this service a great assets and investmentWe have two of conphirm reps working with us and I have to say they are " Johnny on the spot" We would recommend this service to any dental facility

We have used this service twice in the last three yearsFirst time we reached out to ConPhirm was because of being short staff, so used them as a temporary solutionAfter realizing it made a difference in our patient care, we decided to reach out and use them on a permanent basisAt first a few small issues logging in but has been smooth sailing afterwardsThe response is almost instant and information accurateOur Doctor and staff would highly recommend using ConPhirm

We had received multiple advertisements from conphirmI decided to seek more information about the services and how it could make a change in our practices We have multiple practices and thought we would try only one out at firstThey provide a custom form for each of our new patients benefitsColor coded and easy to readWe decided to try the service out with one of our small practicesWe were opposed to having to pay the full monthly fee for our smallest practice because we only see about patients, and the fee for the smallest package was for a larger quantity of patientsExplained to me that it was up to patients, I decided I would try it out for one monthSet up was easy, and minimal paperwork, we had tried the service for one monthThe second month we were still unsure whether to use the service for more of practices because we had not yet received claims, to see if we would have denialsWe again went for one more monthThings so far have gone great, we have signed up two more of our practicesThe negatives of the business, is I rather have the full breakdown for ALL the patients not just the ones with new insuranceAll patients are checked but not the full breakdownsWe do understand the larger breakdown is time consuming and are satisfied how the recare patients are verified, but it is something I wish could be tweaked for our practicesMost of the communication is via email, however we are able to call as wellWe do like the notifications of anything that may be wrong with the patients insurance, so we know ahead of the patients arrivalI would recommend this staff for any practice that is steadily busy, because having our staff freed up has been great for our patientsIf your practice is small, I wouldn't outsource the insurance, because its easy to manage in a small settingI think conphirm would be more valuable for larger practices or for a temporary solution, either way our practice has benefited from this outsourcing service

Problem with Product and Refunding

In April of 2018, I was short staffed and needed extra help and thought of her Business. I called her and she promised to be detailed and give us exact custom break down of what our office needed. She even offered a free day of verification, which I should say she did a god job on that convincing me she is capable of doing her job, and she impressed me. Again I was desperate at that time. She said her services are either month to month for almost $1600 a month or if you pay for 3 months in advance, you get 5 months of service. I asked her for list of references, since she has no review on her website, and no place to leave a review for her services. She responded that she has lots of happy doctors working with her but she can't give away their info. . I did not even think of going to Revdex.com and see if she is even real. Like I said, I was desperate for help at that point. If I had gone to Revdex.com and read numbers of her Business complaint, I would have never trusted her.
Any ways, I told her I rather to try her service for a month, and if her services were good, and as detailed and accurate as she had promised, I can always take advantage of her promotion later on. She said her "partner" does not allow her to extend the promotion, after first month of trial. She said if you do not start with a promotion, you cannot get it later on. Again that should have been another hint for me. She said if you pay in full and not happy with our services, you get a refund for services are not rendered. It is even mentioned in her "contract". Also she promised to do at least 10 full insurance breakdowns for us per day, full breakdown on all new patients and all patients with new insurance, and at least verify insurance benefits for the rest of the scheduled patients per day. So she emailed me her so called contract and wanted me to sign it, and she said as soon as she gets it, she herself will sign it, and Email it back to me, which she never did, and later on every time I asked for it she had some sort of excuses saying I will send it the next day, etc....Meanwhile She requested her $4800 to be sent to her overnight, so she can start the services Monday morning. Up to this moment she was nice and attentive answering her phone and her texts quickly. She requested us to install a program on one computer so she can have access to it. We did as she requested.
Next day, when I received a phone call from Credit union saying someone trying to cash my business check, I asked myself if this lady has a legitimate business, she should at least have a bank account to deposit the money not to cash it right away but again I gave her benefits of the doubt, and I was desperate for help. For the first couple of days things were fine. Then she started to slack off, She only did one or two breakdown per day instead of 10 as she had promised, and she was entering wrong information from her own breakdown into patient appointment. My hygienist would caught it and warned me several times and I took a picture of her mistakes and texted her, but every single time she had an excuse, apologizing saying she will make sure her employees do it properly next time. After couple of weeks, her breakdowns and verifications were not done, when she was asked, she kept saying "your office's software has issues and I am not able to upload the verifications to patient's chart and your computers kicking me out". We had our IT guy resolve it, and had told her if something like that happens again all she had to do is to text me , I live 3 minutes away from my office, I can go there and make sure she is connected. I requested a refund for the other two months of service that was not rendered. She responded back saying she will mail me a refund check after 30 days according to her faulty contract. Now it has been 2 months and she has not mailed me a refund check. My husband and I have been trying to get a hold of her and she has been ignoring us. Finally I called her yesterday, interestingly she picked up her phone and promised on the phone to mail me a refund check for sure by next week. She said she will send me an email tonight saying she will send me a refund check worth of one month, even though she should send us two months of refund, But still I said ok, send me an email tonight and state your own words regarding a refund check.She did not sent me an email, texted her again saying I did not get your email regarding refund check , responded I need to seat down and look into the contract and make sure that I do the right thing. This woman does not even has respect for her own words. I was betrayed by her and now she is playing me around. She should have no right to introduce herself as a member of Revdex.com. She is nothing but a liar.

I have multiple clients that has renewed, time and time again, my company is not a fraud and I find it insulting for this client to say my company is a fraud. Considering I did do the work and logged into her system. EMAILS and SCREEN SHOTS and even emails of her front staff apologizing for not having the computer on. There is nothing fraud about my company.
This practice wanted full breakdowns for all her patients. The advertisement is full breakdowns for new patients or patients with new insurance.
Screen Shots will support and show along with emails from her front staff stating " our computer was turned off, I apologize " . We can not remote in to their schedule if their computer is turned off. Again screen shots and emails from front staff support this. The Dr. wanted to start immediately , therefore yes, overnight payment is required for it is a NON CONTRACT service and month to month and if you want it to begin immediately, then yes we ask you overnight the payment. Also the promotions are 100% optional but like any promotion there is a time line of taking advantage of the promotion. This practice wanted the promotion and by canceling the promotion you do not get the advantage of the promotional fee. One month is owed because the practice used the service for two, along with 30 day notice- of the three months paid for, because the promotion was interrupted. Also, the only communication that was ignored was at the very end the husband of the dentist had started texting my phone in a harassing manner back to back seconds, not even minutes ( documentation ) to show. The problem with this is, was her husband was not apart of the start of the relationship, the middle and barely the end. So I did not respond to his emails often or his harassing text. Other than that, text responded to the doctor ( Which I asked her not to text me, I find emails to be more of a paper trail and better communication ). Again screen shots of the practice computer not available is in abundance as well as emails from the front stating the computer was off, or information lacking. Thank you , I will follow up shortly with the official response. As you know accreditation is a part of a paid service provided by Revdex.com, however my rating is not. My rating is from clients that has renewed services with ConPhirm, no once but twice etc....

I have responded to this inquiry. Client wanted the benefit of a promotion. When the client ended the services the buy so many months and get so many free was not in affect any longer. There for the full fee was what was deleted from the services use.
Client wanted after we started full breakdowns for all her patients because at present her files / insurance was not updated in her patients files, which is unfortunate, however we do not provide that service for all patients. Only patients that are new or new insurance for the patient.
Furthermore we access the clients computer via remote with the Teamviewer services. The computer has to be on . FROM THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF. I have emails of them apologizing " SORRY THE COMPUTER IS OFF or OFF AGAIN " . If the clients computer is not on, we can not remote in. Emails and Screen Shots support this. Thank you!

last phone call I had with her, She said she is going to mail me one month of refund for services not rendered. Now she is changing her story. We had a mutual agreement. SHE MUST REFUND the fee for ONE MONTH OF SERVICES NOT RENDERED. SHE OWES US $1,500.00. This money was supposed to be paid before end of August and she has not paid us yet.

The fee could be a less that would really be helpful, however overall the service has delivered our breakdowns on time and accurately. Communication has never been an issue and assistance is dependable with any emergencies we may add in or last minute schedule changes. We have only been using the service for about six months and so far we are pleased with the decision to outsource our insurance verification.

The fee is half the cost of a full time employee, however you do receive the services of a full time employee plus. Take in to consideration the fee you pay out monthly for a full time staff member and what you write off with each claim. We try to maintain a fee that is half the cost if not even further less than, again a full time employee. Yes we do try to assists with emergency add in. We strive to make sure the accuracy. I appreciate your comments and hope that you see the benefits of the service out weighs the monthly fee.

Supporting email is available to any Revdex.com and or Client sent to me via from husband of dentist, stating the the following. " We will be sure to slander your name in every forum we can. "

When we go into a relationship with a client there is a protocol in which we follow to successfully retrieve benefits in a timely manner for our clients. We have questions that has to be provided in which would allow us to even begin a breakdown benefit. Name of patient DOB, Name of Policy Holder and DOB, Name of Insurance and phone number ( because there is multiple DD and multiple BCBS so we will have to have the phone number. The member ID etc.... These are particular questions that the front office will have to retrieve from the patient or policy holder of the patient. Countless times, supported by emails, requesting that the front office provide this information and place in one designated area. Countless Countless times, we had to search where the information would be, again supporting emails of this. We can not provide a benefit breakdown on time unless we have the few items to even get started. Promotions are an option to clients. "Option" or it is a month to month service.

Please define successfully as we do not see that being done. We are not slandering, we are telling the truth and warning other customers of what we had to go through. We were promised verifications two days out and never got that far out, in fact there were many days were they were being done same day or after the patient had treatment. Whatever information that was provided was passed along so to say that we should not get our money back for unused time is not fair or even the point. You did not meet your promises and our expectations. In the future you should keep expectations low as you do not have the staff to do your job as you told us. You don't treat us like valued customers and our customer service ratings dropped because we were working with you. While we worked hard to get you what you needed, even existing patients with the same insurance still had missing verifications. We had to come back to many times with information that was missing or incomplete to be corrected. There was no follow through as to who was verified and not. Communication was lacking and promises were definitely broken. Incorrect insurances were attached and more work and costs were needed on our end to correct these mistakes. Reimbursement is owed and everybody should know that your company has filed for bankruptcy multiple times so they can properly consider options if they sign up with you. They should know you will file bankruptcy again to avoid reimburseing them as you are doing now with us. The Revdex.com should know as well as it should be unethical taking on new clients when you don't have the time or resources to meet the demands of your current clients. You can't keep using new client money to pay off or service old clients. This should not be a Revdex.com accredited company.

Countless emails are available to potential new clients as well as Revdex.com, in regards to this providers husband wanting to argue. Countless emails. I would simply state, I will not engage in arguing that I merely wanted to resolve the issues.Countless emails of me trying to resolve issues that the front would not comply. Mind you, we worked steadily with this practice for over four months. When the insulting emails began and would not stop it was clear the only objective from the provider's husband was to argue. When I received email stating he would "SLANDER" again his email and his word, my name, I at that moment decided to end correspondence with the clients husband. Here I am again having to go back and forth with the provider's husband in defending what he already stated that he would do, "SLANDER" my name.
