Conquest Offroad

l recorded the day,and date of my tire purchase in my phone.lt was the 10th of October. I purchased them from l Caucasian boy.Named [redacted] whom they fired. 255 30/20.That is the tire size of my front wheels. The cost was right around $246.00 some odd dollars.  I felt with [redacted] each time....

Someone at Conquest damaged my right rear wheel,and [redacted](a collision repair and paint shop,for Mercedes.And located across the street from them)had,to repaint it a couple of times. My wheels have a red stripe around the lip.It was taken care of.Conquest,and l have too much history,for them too deny me,or any service rendered.

The customer did buy one tire from us on two separate occasions. He was very rude with our front counter staff. He actually needed four tires and when we informed him of that, he became very irate. We did calm him down. Two weeks later, he called and said the tire was losing air, so he came back in and we replaced the tire at no charge, even though the old tire had a large gash in it which is not warrantied and he didn't have the road hazard package. He called back and said the tire was losing air again. He spoke with [redacted] who told him he'd have to speak to me (manager). He refused and said he's coming up to the store and getting a replacement tire. [redacted] put him on hold, he hung up. He called back and said no one puts him on hold. He preceded to use foul language, verbally assaulting a staff member, so we called the police and filed a trespassing claim. We then received a call from his acquaintance who said that she was going to bring the old tire back to us and get a replacement tire on his behalf. When we explained the situation, she hung up. We called her back and she explained that she intended to hang up because they were done with us. Then the customer called us back, screamed at me for ten minutes, used foul language, and hung up. We were always willing to help the customer if it was a warrantied item, we're still willing to stand behind the product. Conquest offers no warranty for this product, it warrantied by the manufacturer. There is a process to submitting a claim and they refuse to participate in the process. He is never allowed back on our property again. He has only ever treated the staff at this business poorly.
