Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The response Triple C provided is mostly inaccurate to his benefit His supposed invoice is not an invoice at all It is written on an estimate or proposal format and it is not signed by me or anyone in my family and was sent long after he supposedly caulked my roof Since no estimate was given, no description of work to be performed was given prior to commencement of work, no acceptance was given from me or my wife, no signature of an acceptance exists, and no approval to perform any work was given I do not accept this description of events nor accept the invoice for work that was not performed Regards, [redacted] ***

As I stated before in my response we do not do written estimates for leaks (aka) small ticket items, it is given over the phone with a window of cost, after the "funnel" questions I ask the consumer to bring his wife to mediation, and I will bring my head roofer Our desire: If the mediator find in favor of the consumer then nothing is owed, if not the $bill still stands Please let me know if this is acceptable to the consumer Thank You

Good Morning,I have had read the complaint and below is our official company response:I was contacted by the consumers wife several days prior to the repair and she said she got my name off of their neighborhoods website and said her roof was leaking. I went through the scripted questions to help...

identify more about the leak and come up with a "range" of cost to the consumer as is company policy with all roof leak calls. The roofing team was dispatched to the consumers the wife was home. I  reconfirmed with our lead roofer that he went into their attic while the wife was knocking with a broom in the area of the leak to line up the roof area with the area of the leak in the living room. I went on September [redacted] to the leak repair in question not to perform any work but deliver an invoice for the repair that was done three days earlier. As I always do I knock on the door and try to leave and invoice with someone and explain it rather than leaving it at the front door. The consumer was home in this situation he invited me in we looked at where the leak was coming through into their living room.  Then I got on the roof and looked at the area of the leak to see the work the lead roofer performed. All the time I was asking question to help make sure we get the leak stopped. After being on the roof I was satisfied how the leak was repaired. Through the "funnel questions" the consumer and I both had a " blinding flash of the obvious" that the lead [redacted] in the area of the leak went to nothing. The kitchen was recently remodeled and the consumers have only recently moved in etc. I had another roof leak in the same neighborhood and the homeowner said they have has ten inches of rain in one day.  I offered to go in the attic and check, the consumer declined. I offered to go tape of the opening of the lead [redacted] he declined. I asked the consumer how he would like to take care of the invoice. He called is wife she denied talking to me, he told me his wife doesn't lie offered me $100.00 to leave. I declined. I told him he needs to talk to his wife again. As he I was walking out the door he said send me a invoice, which I mailed to him.In Conclusion:There is an outstanding invoice on the leak repair of $250. If it is not paid we will go through standard procedures for non-payment.Thank you
