Review: The phone number for this business is not in service. The address of this business is not legitimate because they rent out the kitchen space to have "classes". They are very popular online with photographs everywhere but they are a scam to most of their customers. I paid for a class from them online via [redacted] and all my information was accepted. The lady I talked to, [redacted], confirmed a day that worked out best for me to attend a class. A week before my scheduled date, I was contacted and told that there was a location change due to permits that weren't accepted yet. (They should have checked the permits before telling us all about the relocation) Then three days before meeting up for the class in the new location, they cancelled altogether and told everyone signed up that new dates would be released and we were to choose a new date to attend the class. I picked my date and asked for a confirmation email from [redacted], I got nothing. I waited a week, emailed again and got no answer. After the fourth email and no response, I dug deeper and saw that on "[redacted]" I was not the only customer with this problem and in this situation. They took money from all of us that signed up. They have a false phone number, and refuse to answer our emails. There are multiple people who have been stolen from. I have a bank statement to prove this. I want my money back, and an explanation from this poorly ran business scheme.Desired Settlement: I want my money back from them and I want someone to investigate their business because it is clearly a scheme. This is an untruthful and stealing business out there that needs to stop ASAP.

Review: Conrad Gallagher Foods offered cooking classes on [redacted]. I signed up and took those classes. I wanted to do an additional class and contacted them directly to sign up and pay. I paid them for one additional class for 2 persons ($95) and was signed up for a class in November 2014. They cancelled the class due to low registration and allowed me to reschedule for Feb * 2015. That Feb *, 2015 class was also cancelled. They informed us via email that they were suspending the classes for a time and we could get refunds.

I have asked multiple time to get my refund and have never received it.Desired Settlement: please refund full purchase price $95 for the class.

Review: We purchased a series of cooking lessons from this company, ConradGallagherfood in October. They accepted our payment and allowed us to schedule classes. Suddenly, on February **, 2015, all classes were summarily cancelled, and no further classes were offered. I contacted the seller, asking for a refund, and was told that they would process one through [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to the late timing of the cancellation, a [redacted]-operated refund was no longer an option. I was told that direct refunds would be processed after Easter. I waited until Easter, contacted the seller again, and continued to contact the seller, only to be unilaterally ignored (I've contacted them three times in the last month; before requesting a refund, I could expect a response within 1-2 business days, but since following up about my refund, I've yet to hear back). I've since learned that waiting until after Easter also took us out of the range of dates allowable for use of [redacted]'s Resolution Center. This company has essentially defrauded us out of $450.Desired Settlement: We spent $450 in good faith. Our first choice was to attend the cooking classes. Since that's no longer an option, we simply desire a full refund. Nothing more, nothing less.

Review: I purchased two cooking classes back in September for my father and I. The class that I originally signed up for was cancelled and we were switched to another date. The day before the class which was in February, I find out ALL classes have been cancelled and they are no longer running the program. I requested my money back in February. April came, and I still had not heard about my refund. I emailed Candice who told me to place a [redacted] invoice for $100 (the class was $95) to Conrad Gallagher Foods. I did this in April, it is now June and I have still yet to receive my refund for the cancelled class. I've emailed Candice multiple times and each email reply is to let me know that Conrad no longer hosts classes. Such horrible customer service.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for my $95!
