I started seeing this office as soon as I found out I was pregnant, the first couple appointments were great. Some family circumstances forced us to move on a very short notice. I found a new doctor who sent over via fax a release for medical records the very same day I filled it out. I have called this office a few times asking if they would get this fax taken care of as I needed my records before the new doctor could see me, the new doctor has even called and was told that my records were to be faxed by the end of the day Thursday February 27, 2014. This was the second time they have given me the "by the end of day answer" with no follow through. The staff that answers the phone always gives the answer of they are just waiting on the doctors signature and are very rude.
