In due time, regardless of what he states, the policy changesIn a perfect world that would be rightThe payment history went up, down, way up then downSome months it was almost $other months it was around $it changed after the ticket, then if that was the case why did every other insurance company state otherwise???? They had no problem doing a drivers abstract, months after I had the ticket paid off, so why didn't they do a yearly abstract when they originally pulled the 1st drivers abstract??? They can keep using their typo response but being charged an additional funds for a ticket that was expired??? When the ticket expires it is the insurance to be responsible and adjust the insurance policy according to the recordCompare the insurance from 2012-2017, then compare with other company chargesEven with parking insurance with a [redacted] and a [redacted] it was almost $200/monthI switched companies when I realized the policy would not drop everWith a [redacted] and a [redacted] with parking insurance maybe $45/month then fully covered with the [redacted] fully insured with parking insurance on the [redacted] $120/monthThey explained how insurance rates are charged and 1st it starts with the abstract, 2nd it depends on the vehicle, 3rd and last it ends with honestySpotless abstract with a extremely safe carWhen ever I brought State Farm and what they were charging me, they started laughing and the funny part is, it's like this across the board with State Farm, google "State Farm" read up on what they are doing to their clients, literally it's the same with each and every complaintThey always told me it was since I had the original ticketAm I the only one who went to Revdex.com, is their anything I can do about this, since they only know typo response, Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]

March 23, 2017To Whom It May Concern:The facts of the client's policy are listed below:1) The policy that the *** was put on to had modifications in a month periodWhenever a modification is done, it will either reduce or increase the premium and the insured was ALWAYS toldThe issue with
modifications is the timing of them relative to the customer's monthly billing cycleQuite often there will not be enough time to bill the modification on the current billing cycle to reflect the increase\decrease so in this case the change would reflect on the next billing cycleClient often called in to ask what his payments would be and the amounts were always explained to him.2) The change to the *** resulted in a $111/ year increase, due to the deductibles being lowered and a year replacement coverage being added to the policy per the policyholder's requestThe policy did not triple as the policyholder explained in the letterThat policy was also under a vehicle coverage suspension, which was reinstated at the time of the *** changeThis resulted in premium from one month being owed in the next month for coverage received in the previous month but not paid for.3) Policyholder called in to cancel the policy and when asked for a reason, he stated that he had already placed his insurance elsewhere with another companyCancellation was processed.4) Client then proceeded to stop pay his February payment even though he had already used days of coverage in February plus amounts owed from the vehicle changes and address changes made in the months prior.5) In a perfect world, assuming the absence of modifications/changes, the policy premiums would've been $180.41/month for coverage on vehiclesHowever, as explained the presence of numerous modifications/changes adjusted the monthly payments every month.6) Client was not told that the changes in premium were the result of ticket, but rather all of the changes to the policy he had requested.7) Insurance policies are sold on year contracts, not monthly contracts as the insured thoughtAll the paperwork Mr*** would have received in the mail, as well as his liability slips state such (that is why there is an effective date and expiration date)It is commonplace for an insurance company to offer monthly payments on annual contracts to make paying insurance easier for the clients. 8) Rates are set from insurance company to company, unfortunately we do not price match and it is likely you will find different rates at individual insurance companies so I cannot comment on the thoughts or opinions of another insurance provider.9) We cannot and do not refund clients for stopped payments and changes they elect to make to their policy.10) A message was left on the client's phone March 17, stating that he could call for further information of the outstanding amounts on the policy, he elected not to call back.Should the policyholder so choose, he is welcome to call our office to go over all of the changes he requested and the cancellation fees that include his missed payment as well as charges for time on risk for the policy changes requested. We trust this further explanation will help the policyholder understand what the charges are for

In due time, regardless of what he states, the policy changes. In a perfect world that would be right. The payment history went up, down, way up then down. Some months it was almost $300.00 other months it was around $200.00 it changed after the ticket, then if that was the case why did every other insurance company state otherwise???? They had no problem doing a drivers abstract, months after I had the ticket paid off, so why didn't they do a yearly abstract when they originally pulled the 1st drivers abstract??? They can keep using their typo response but being charged an additional funds for a ticket that was expired??? When the ticket expires it is the insurance to be responsible and adjust the insurance policy according to the record. Compare the insurance from 2012-2017, then compare with other company charges. Even with parking insurance with a [redacted] and a [redacted] it was almost $200/month. I switched companies when I realized the policy would not drop ever. With a [redacted] and a [redacted] with parking insurance maybe $45/month then fully covered with the [redacted] fully insured with parking insurance on the [redacted] $120/month. They explained how insurance rates are charged and 1st it starts with the abstract, 2nd it depends on the vehicle, 3rd and last it ends with honesty. Spotless abstract with a extremely safe car. When ever I brought State Farm and what they were charging me, they started laughing and the funny part is, it's like this across the board with State Farm, google "State Farm" read up on what they are doing to their clients, literally it's the same with each and every complaint. They always told me it was since I had the original ticket. Am I the only one who went to Revdex.com, is their anything I can do about this, since they only know typo response,
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Sincerely,
