As per the estimate that was written by the insurance company we originally attempted to repair the damaged bumperIt was determined that the bumper was damaged beyond repair and would require a new partWe then needed to contact the insurance company for approval of a new bumperAt this time we were unable to proceed with any work on the vehicle until we were given approval to do so by the insurance companyOnce we were given approval the new bumper was orderedThis process delayed the repair of the vehicle by four days before we could resume repairsOur advisor was in contact with the owners daughter throughout this process as she either called us or stopped in on numerous occasionsWe advised the customer that the crack in their windshield was caused by a rock chip near the top of the glass in between the "Corvette" letteringWe did not drive the vehicle on the road while it was in the shop so there is no way that the chip was caused by usWe asked the customer to bring the vehicle back in so we could show them where the chip was but the customer hung up on usWe are truly sorry that this customer was not happy with our service and would welcome a chance to speak with the customer again regarding this matter

As per out initial response, we do not feel that we are responsible for the crack in your windshield and were more than happy to show you why the windshield cracked had we been given the opportunity. However, in the name of goodwill and to appease the situation we will be submitting a check to Mr*** for the amount requestedWe are truly sorry that you had an unpleasant experience at our establishment and wish you nothing but the best in the future

The windshield was not in any way damaged we it was brought to you and it should have came back in the same fashion when it was brought to your attention you did nothing about it the car was in your possession and the windshield was damaged in ur procession so you guys should be the one to fix it never in my life has a company treated me as such you guys messed up admit it and fix the problem
