Conrad's Clean Cutts Tree Service

Review: I was approached by an employee of Conrad's Clean Cutts at my home on Friday September 20th. The man pointed out that I needed to have the trees in my back yard trimmed. After telling him no numerous times I finally agreed to let him do the job for $500.00. He started to work, within an hour he knocked on my front door asking me to go ahead and pay him because he only had a few more limbs to take down but needed to go buy more gas and oil for the equipment. Against my better judgment I did. Not only did he not come back to finish the job he got paid to do, after he left I went out and saw that he cut one branch out of one tree. We had agreed upon him trimming 3 trees and hauling away all the debris. He even left the branch he cut laying in my yardDesired Settlement: I know that my money is long gone. The only settlement I would like is for this company to never come around my neighborhood again begging for work.

Review: Clean Cutts cut down tree for us and they were supposed to come back and finish the job and clean up but they never returned despite repeated promises

Clean Cutts came and cut down a tree in our back yard. They were supposed to come back the next day and finish cutting up and clean up. They did not come back. Several calls were made to them, and they kept saying they would come back, but they never showed up.

They requested a $25.00 additional tip which we paid at the time they were here.Desired Settlement: Refund for $175.00 due to having to complete the work that was left undone.

Review: Was approached by door solicitation for dead tree removal. Given assurances for careful method of tree removal and service. Service was clearly motivated only by need for technicians to finish before dark. Was promised tree crown would be removed before main trunk was cut down. Instead, a single base cut was performed with result that tree fell 90 degrees from intended location and extended through neighbor's fence and across driveway. Second tree was irreparably damaged and bending over neighbor's driveway as well. Hasty cut of this tree without ropes or guidance of any kind led to destruction of fence posts. Additional fence damage was only prevented by stopping technicians from further haphazard repair attempts. Downed limbs and large material was hastily removed from neighbor's driveway and thrown randomly into neighboring tree area. Payment for their service was requested and rendered at this time. Despite promises to return and remove large amount of downed tree top branches and limbs from neighbor's property, no action has been taken by Conrad's Clean Cutts. Repeated contact attempts and scheduling for this action have not been successful.Desired Settlement: Completion of service by non-damaging removal of all branches and fallen tree material from neighbor's property at no additional cost.

Review: Conrad's Clean Cutts was contracted by my neighbor [redacted] to cut a tree down in his yard on or about the beginning of March. The tree fell across my property (drive way) and damaged my outside lighting and a garden globe. Andrew their represenative was very nice, gave me his card and said they would take care of this but would rather not file an insurance claim. After several trips to find the correct outside lighting and installing my self I completed the repairs. Total parts is less than $100. I have called numerous times and cannot get a returned phone call to resolve the issue. I sent a message from their website and no response there as well. I got my neighbor to call (he did not tell them what it was about) and when he got them on the phone they acted like they did not know what he was talking about and said they would look into this. Still no word. I would file a claim on their insurance if I could find that information. Looking at the F Rating on here and the unanswered complaints probably nothing will happen but any help will be greatly appreciated.
