My warranty company sent Conroe Appliance Repair outThe dishwasher needed a new control panelAfter ordering the part, the repair man came out and did not repair it correctlyHe forgot to put the handle back on and told me the door was supposed to feel "easier" to closeThe dishwasher would start but soon leak and stop it's cycleI had to go back through the warranty people to get Conroe Appliance back out to the house to fix what they had not correctly fixed in the first placeAnother part to orderAnother day to come and repair itIt took months, many scheduling difficulties (times they had to come out and they NEVER came on time!! Did not call for courtesy!!), taking to the manager, and taking down names and informationThe tech did tell me about the difficulties people had in the office and techs not showing up for work; however, JUST CALL THE CLIENT!!!!!!!!!
