I apologize for the length of time that it took to complete the job Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control it could not be helped I even, personally, work more than Saturday to try and keep this project on time I went above and beyond to make this project look better The homeowner did not give me the information that I needed at the correct time, when I requested itNot receiving the information when needed, partially delayed this job Dust barriers were installed per contract, tarps for covering the floor from front porch, sidewalk to the entry of the bathroom Cleanup was done every night to avoid as much dust as possible Dust is just part of the construction business when you're dealing with plaster and concrete on a re-model The heated floor was discussed and not installed, per the homeowner Instead a wall heater was installed as requested by homeowner and then the next day removed again at the homeowner's request The Shower Hardware was strictly temporary due to the fact that their choices were on-line and back ordered at the supplier All of the tile was chosen or approved by the homeowner prior to installation I was told to get a ‘gray Granite’ by the homeowner which I did and it was approved by the homeowner prior to installation The vanity was started and cancelled by homeowner The remaining showerhead fixtures can be installed by anyone else, as well as the vanity There is more than enough money left on this project The toilet was purchased by the homeowner and was only installed, correctly, by my company We were unaware of the make and model of toilet the homeowner had ordered ahead of time, prior to our installation of the toilet Regarding the water leaking into basement, this was due to their first floor vanity drain, which was not part of the contract The first floor vanity drain was clogged, we were completely unaware of this situation as it was not part of the work or brought to my attention by the homeownerThe homeowner did not mention it to me ahead of time If the clogged drain was mention prior to, this problem could have been avoided entirely However, the homeowner screamed, yelled and hollered at one of my employees and told us to leave At this point I assumed he was going to get someone else to install the vanity and install the showerheads The homeowner stated to my employee that ‘you’re fired’ I do not tolerate the verbal abuse of my employees or myself This was a very hostile work environment I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, whether it was my fault or the client’s fault l us why here
