Conroy's Flowers Irvine

Review: I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, which were supposed to be delivered earlier that day. Conroy's Flowers apparently forgot about the order. They called around 7:30pm asking if the arrangement was received. (Wouldn't they know if they had delivered the order? Why call and ask me?) We said it hadn't been delivered to us. They asked if we still wanted the flowers. We said of course we do and we had already paid anyways. I think they were hoping we'd say no so that they could leave work early. They hurriedly put together the flowers, which were nothing like what we ordered and didn't include all of the things that were supposed to come with it. There were no lilies (the bouquet was supposed to be lilies and roses) and it had the wrong vase and was missing the keychain that was supposed to come with it. They delivered the flowers 10 minutes prior to their closing time (at 7:50pm). We called to complain about the fact that the arrangement wasn't at all what we ordered and that it had been delivered late and they said that they were closed and they couldn't help me, even though it was still 10 minutes prior to their closing time. I asked to speak to the manager and they put me on hold and then hung up on me. When I called back, they had turned off their phone system. I eventually got through to their after hours phone service, which promised me I would receive a phone call the next day about fixing the problem. I did not receive a phone call back the next day, they did not offer to fix the problem, and they did not offer a refund (despite that their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed and that their website says they would provide refunds or provide a replacement product if the customer is unhappy). We still have not been able to get any help from this awful company, despite repeatedly trying.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund in cash and complete and full delivery of the ordered product, including the keychain and the appropriate flowers. I would also like an apology for the rude customer service.
