Review: I ordered 25 Balloons dated 05/30/2014 approx 10:30 am I originally spoke with [redacted] and I informed her that I wanted and order placed but I didn't want it delivered until 5- or 5:30 ish she stated she couldn't give me a 30 min gap so 5 to 5:15 pm was what she could offer I accepted that term. Around 2 o clock I received a call from [redacted] and she stated that the driver had left and it was on the way to be delivered I had informed [redacted] that nobody was home and that the only reason why I placed the order was because they delivery time was when I got off work she said she oh the driver left and once they are on route we cant call them I was very upset at the the fact that my order was sent out so early after [redacted] hung up and refused to let me talk to [redacted] the store manager she hung up. I called back and requested to speak to the store manager "[redacted]" and I was informed by [redacted] once again that she was not available until monday. once she hung up about 30 min later she called and stated just calling to inform you that the driver left your stuff in the doorway she said I was more frustrated and upset because of the fact that it was balloons left outside I had to leave work 3 hours early because I had to rush to my house I come home and the ballons are half way deflated I was so upset I called and requested to speak to the owner or some higher than [redacted] and she said I dont have the owners number and I cant contact [redacted], I had to wait until monday to speack to the manager to get and answer I called spoke with [redacted] which was very rude over the phone she denied me to speak to her I left several messages for her and now its been a week and I finally get a answer from [redacted] the owner and he states I am aware of you order and you can get a refund the have th eworst product the worst customer service I am requesting my refund in full . as the product that I got from them was not satisfying and deflated balloons when I spoke to the owner had no manners and hung up on me worst customer service ever.Desired Settlement: REQUESTING A FULL REFUND FOR WHAT I PAYED FOR AND FOR THE OWNER TO SETTLE THIS LIKE A PROFESSIONAL AND LIKE A BUSINESS MATTER AND TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION AND HOW THEY ARE TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS

Review: Conroy's did not deliver birthday flowers the day of my Mothers birthday as instructed. She was going away for the weekend so they needed to be there on this date.They pushed it to the next day and then again to the 3rd day that's when I got the manager [redacted] involved. He apologized and "he" offered to completely refund my money and bump up the arrangement to a $50.00 arrangement which I didn't really care one way or another I was happy with what I ordered originally, however I do feel I am entitled to my refund as he stated.It never came, I have made 5 phone calls to him to which he tells me he will look into and get back to me, he NEVER does I always have to call him. Now today he tells me he is not going to honor his word.I am very upset, they do not have a corporate office in which I can talk to the number has been disconnected this is my only way to address this problem.Thank you,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my $56.14 refunded. My flowers were not delivered the day of her birthday and they were purchased in plenty of time. The order was placed at 6:14am. They wrecked my gift to my Mother.

Review: My husband ordered flowers online. The flowers that were sent were not the flowers ordered. The flowers received lacked in quality, quantity, and simply were not what my husband ordered and worth much less in value. I called and spoke with Conroy's requesting a refund. A delivery person from Conroy's came and picked up the flowers. I then received a phone call from Conroy's apologizing and assuring me that my satisfaction was a priority and that my money would be refunded and a new arrangement would be sent at no expense. To date, my money has not been refunded. No one will give me the name of the owner. I have spoken with management several times and left messages for the owner to contact me. The corporate office in Burbank in closed. So I have no other means to collect the refund I was assured I would receive, and the owner will not speak with me.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund that was promised: $61.00

Review: I ordered flowers online on 3/25 for a friend whose father passed away. I made my selection, my payment went through, and I got an email confirmation the same day stating that the flowers had been delivered to the proper address. On Monday 4/13, I learned that my friend never received the flowers. We confimed her address in the email from Conroy's- it was correct. I have since sent two emails to Conroy's Flowers to resolve the issue, but with no response. I have called Conroy's several times during business hours, but no one has answered. I am extremely upset my this situation- my friend [redacted] lost her father to ALS, a terrible disease, and these flowers are from her close Bay Area friends to let her know that we were thinking of her. To learn weeks later that they never arrived is beyond upsetting.Desired Settlement: Conroy's should deliver the flowers, give me a refund, and generally follow through on what customers have paid for (I wish I had read their Yelp reviews before ordering from them- it seems that they have a history of not delivering customers' orders).

Review: I purchased a Corsage and Boutonniere from your shop on January 17, 2014. Unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. One flower was missing from the corsage, and it was made for the wrist and not for penning on the coat.I returned both items on 01/17/2014, and was told that I would receive a full refund. On my credit card I was charged the full amount of $32.15.I have made numerous phone calls to your Shop, only to be told that the manger was the only person who could help me. Of the visits I made to the Flower Shop, and phone calls, the Manager was never available for me. No phone calls have been returned.A demand letter was sent on 02/03/14, with no reply from the company.A refund of $32.15 was requested.Desired Settlement: A refund in the amount of $32.15. This dispute to remain posted on the Revdex.com site.
