I originally got service from cons call home back in November of 2013, I did let the service cancel for about two months in July and August then I restarted the service in October In the beginning I was paying monthly and had no problems what so ever then after restarting I decide that I would prepay months because it was at a discounted rate and let me say this time around was not so pleasantThroughout the first 1/months of the I had paid for it was nothing but a bunch of bologna! I continuously would receive calls from my loved one and not be able to accept the call I would hit to accept and the message would continue to play I even tried to hit to block future calls and it wouldn't allow me to do that itherSo after almost months of calling in and getting the run around I gave up! I simply asked to cancel my service and get a refund on the remaining months and low and behold it will take 5-weeks for a refundIts crazy how they are willing to take your money in minute's but when it comes time to pay up it takes weeks smh.....The entire experience was not all bad I did get a few people who sounded sincere in wanting to help me but let's face it they were probably just reading the script on their monitorBut after three hundred and nine (309) call attempts and only being able to accept one hundred and thirty (130) was not sufficient enough for meThe reason I paid for a local number was so that I could talk to my loved one at a cheaper rate but since it didn't work most of the time they would end up calling my regular phone number and the calls were costing 6$ for minutes I wanted conscallhome to ensure I could talk to my loved one on a regular basis not to pay for something I couldn't use 70% of the time all in all I don't think they're the worst company in the world but I would probably NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!I was even hung up on a few times which to me is not ok, simply because I reminded them that there are certain laws that they have to abide by

I don't understand all the negativity about ConsCallHome I have used them for years and they continue to save me money I know of a lot of other people who use them also The staff has always been courteous and helped me with any issues I know the one time the number was not working they go it back working in day I have told a bunch of people about them and everyone has been happy

Throughout the first 2 1/2 months of the 6 I had paid for it was nothing but a bunch of bologna! I continuously would receive calls from my loved one and not be able to accept the call I would hit 5 to accept and the message would continue to play I even tried to hit 7 to block future calls and it wouldn't allow me to do that ither. So after almost 3 months of calling in and getting the run around I gave up! I simply asked to cancel my service and get a refund on the remaining months and low and behold it will take 5-7 weeks for a refund. Its crazy how they are willing to take your money in minute's but when it comes time to pay up it takes weeks smh.....The entire experience was not all bad I did get a few people who sounded sincere in wanting to help me but let's face it they were probably just reading the script on their monitor.
