This complaint is filled with untrue statements: ? "While they started out well, they began bringing in non-professionals" ? I knew everyone that entered her house, and have insurance and references for them, as well as having worked with them for years."So many renters complained that I terminated their services", this is untrue, I terminated her as a client because she was difficult to work with, wanted to micro-manage everything and was rude to all the cleaners that she came into contact with, and while we try to provide good customer service, we don't allow someone to criticize, or be rude to our workers who work hard at what they do? "They held back my linens, and when I told them they had to repay me for the linens they destroyed and bring back those they kept, they increased the final bill, after the factWe had set up several cleanings they were supposed to do, and mid-way they increased the bill"I increased the bill and gave her a month's notice about the increase in prices? I didn't increase prices after the fact as she states, I even told her to feel free to get another bid as comparison, or get another cleaning company and I would follow through with the scheduled cleans if she needed? furthermore, when she complained about the cleaning, I offered a discount, and even comped a ? clean for her? Her insults and rudeness continued for every clean after I notified her of the price increase? I decided she was not someone I needed to work for because I was losing moneyI was planning on finishing out the season, but her rudeness and insults to my cleaners put this situation over the top? We didn't with hold her linens, we returned what we had? As far as destroying linens, she refuses to believe that renters can do this as well? She accused us of bleaching her linens, but we don't even use bleach? Being a professional cleaner in the resort industry for almost years, I know that hot tubs have chemicals that can cause this bleaching affect, but she refused to believe that anyone else could have possibly caused any sort of damage? I believe my clean record with stellar references and happy clients for the last years speaks for itself and this is just someone who is dis-gruntled because I no longer wanted to work for herShe was never happy, always complaining, and made too many rude accusations for me to continue working for her?
