Hey. I purchased a program (bg5) from Molly M's online store ***) after she advertised it on her weekly *** video as very substantial, a game changer, niche /advanced, 'like a personal reading', and worth $400 ***. These claims did not meet the advertising hype so I contacted her directly asking for a solution. She largely dismissed me and made excuses, suggesting I was too advanced for the program, even though I had never heard about the specific subject of it before. When I pointed out her marketing claims, I was contacted by someone named Rob, who not only dismissed me, but tried to mischaracterize and belittle me, suggesting I did not have the capacity to understand. When I asked for a refund, he suggested I was threatening him, which is completely bizarre. When I tried to login today, I noticed that the product and program I purchased was not available to me, as Molly / Rob seem to have deleted my account / info, and blocked all access for me, without having issued a refund or provided any explanation or notice. It is incredibly strange behaviour from someone like Molly / Rob who claim to be about integrity, helping others, and so on. I have purchased other online programs in the past and not had any of these problems - with content not matching the claim, horrible and negative customer service, or having what I purchased essentially stolen from me, with no refund issued. --- Customer reached out via email for the first time on 2/23/20 at 5:09 pm EST with a long threatening email and expressing extreme frustration. We had not connected with her before, and we didn't want her to be frustrated by an online report system anymore. Instead of waiting until the next business day to respond, we responded within hours.

Our email response back to her on 2/23/20 at 7:15 pm EST:
Hi XXX,

I can help you with getting your report, as I don't believe we've connected with you before to resolve this.

Please send me your birth details and I can submit the report for you as I seem to have the magic touch. The BG5 system does not always recognize certain cities, for example, so unless you've received a "success" message after inputting your details, the report would not have been submitted."

Her response on 2/24/20 at 12:26 am EST:

"No I haven't gotten anything that said success. It just goes back to the start screen.
My date of birth is 10/04/1962 at 13:08. The city is Alton IL, and my given name is XXXX if you need it.
This is really the last time I'm going to submit this. If it is not successful I'd like a refund. I'm beyond frustrated, as this has been going on for almost a month.
Thank you for your help.

Our final correspondence to her on 2/24/20 at 6:37 pm EST included:
"I just submitted your information and received the SUCCESS message, confirming that the report went through with no issues and you should be receiving the email shortly. Please look in your junk, and spam folders for a message from the BG5 Business Institute."

--- If she was frustrated for a whole month, we would have hoped she would have reached out sooner to resolve the issue instead of escalating it in this manner. It's a quick fix, and we've helped many people with these technology hiccups.

--- Customer has signed into our online platform 6 times from 1/27/20 to 2/24/20 and has slowly progressed through the online course, via our online stats.

--- We act in good faith when we provide the full course content to our customers immediately upon purchase, and we reasonably expect that they act in good faith as well to resolve minor technical issues and allow our customer service to solve basic problems first.

This is yet another bizarre action on the part of Molly M / Conscious Cool Chic / Rob, and whomever else is involved with this on her side of things. The emails above are from a different person entirely, which only goes to show that other people have also been having issues with this program and requesting refunds. I repeat, THE CORRESPONDENCE ABOVE IS FROM ANOTHER PERSON, WHO HAS NOW HAD THEIR PRIVATE COMMUNICATIONS MADE PUBLIC DUE TO FURTHER IRRESPONSIBILITY AND CARELESSNESS ON MOLLY M / CONSCIOUS COOL CHIC / ROB'S PART. In the comments section of the program, other people asked similar questions to ones listed in my original complaint, so I also know I was not the only one who was misled by Molly's claims about the program, which were not met in reality. I have had my account deleted, making the product I purchased unavailable / blocked to me after being met with very strange and unfriendly customer service. I would like a full refund, as there are obvious and varied issues on Molly M / Conscious Cool Chic / Rob's part, including their response to the Revdex.com, using another person's communications.
