Good afternoon, The sales representative out at this home was Robert S***, not Cheri S*We did install piers on this home previously and other companies worked on it as wellWe have transferred the Service Agreement into R [redacted] name and are awaiting payment of the $ transfer fee to complete his transferWe cannot adjust our piers that need to be adjusted to complete the re-leveling until he finds a company to adjust the previously installed pilings (installed by other separate companies) that we do not work onAll work must be adjusted at the same time to achieve the desired results and we are willing to work with whichever company he choosesWe have let him know that we are willing to coordinate with whoever he chooses, but he has not contacted us back yet with information on which company will be adjusting the previously installed pilings so we may coordinate
