this company could not service my address with more then tv and speeds no higher then 5mbps after we paid our deposit of and it took weeks to find this outwe were not informed there would be a wait this long or they they may not even be able to service our area with more then tvso we decided to go another route and now they don't want to give our deposit backthe first time they said they will have to get approval through the office manager so today 3/17/we call and the manager says she will have to go over it with the owner and she won't be able to do that till Monday
