This note is in response to Complaint # *** filed by *** *** against Conservation Services Group, Inc(“CSG”) on June 18, 2015. The Complaint requests assistance from Revdex.com in obtaining a rebate for installation of a Heat Pump Water Heater under the *** *** administered
by CSG on behalf of various utilities in ***. Please be advised that CSG does NOT process rebates as part of its Program administration; that task is contracted by the utilities to a separate company located in ** *** ***. The Customer’s previous inquiries were made to the Texas rebate processor, not CSG. CSG has no information as to whether or when the Customer filed the proper paperwork necessary to receive a rebate, or when any paperwork issues were eventually resolved. NEVERTHELESS, in the interest of resolving this Complaint as expeditiously as possible, CSG has made inquiry to the rebate processor and, as a result, we are informed by the rebate processor that the rebate check in fact has been processed on an expedited basis, and that the rebate check was mailed to the Customer today, June 26, 2015. In short, CSG was not the proper company against which this Complaint should have been made, and accordingly we ask that the Complaint be expunged from Revdex.com’s records upon Customer’s receipt of his rebate check.
