Conshohocken Cafe

Review: Called the caf on August 31, 2013 to reserve two tickets for the Comedy show being held at the caf that evening. My debit card information was taken at time of call. Called back within 30 minutes and advised I had to cancel the reservation. Was told my card would be credited. On September 5th the charge of $50 showed up on my bank statement. I immediately called the caf, explain the situation. The individual on the other line apologized, said it was an oversight and assured me the matter would be handled immediately. It never happened. I have contacted the caf five (5) times since September 5th. I have never been able to get a manager or owner on the phone. Instead I was told...they were not there, there were handling catering orders etc. and too busy to take my call. I requested a call back...never happened. I have told relayed the situation each and every time I have called. They no longer apologize. I am treated as a bother in fact.Desired Settlement: I would quite SIMPLY like to have my card refunded in the amount of $50.00. They can rest assured they will never see or hear from me again. Very displeased which is very unfortunate as I frequented the establishment quite often for both brunch and dinner.
