Consigli Electrical Services, Inc refuses to pay us for A/V services and equipment that we provided.In January of 2012, we were contacted by Consigli Electrical services to help them in meeting their contractual obligations with the [redacted]. They need immediate assist with audio/video services (installation) and equipment. we acted in good faith and delivered the goods and services in the amount of $1721.44 of which Consigli Electrical Services refuses to provide us with payment. For severals months, [redacted]) provided us with excuses (he hasn't been paid by the town, the general contractor has not paid him etc...). we currently have knowledge that he has been paid in full by the town, but he is now avoiding our calls and still has not paid us the money he owes us. we are a small operation and $1721.44 has had a detrimental impact on our cash flow.
