I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards,

I was referred to this place by a friend whom spoke very highly about this place. I went in and they were able to work with me and my situation (being already having a huge loan taken out) I drove off the lot with what seemed a nice car . Now they tell you there that they have a mechanic on site that checks the car thoroughly . It had not been 2 weeks that I had the car, I took it to mechanic to check it out and the report came back with entirely too many issues. From my engine , timing belt/chain , and a few other things come to find out the car should NOT have passed emissions test and wouldn't be able to pass. I took the car back asking a full refund , they gave me hard time trying to charge me 700 in fees for a bad car that they sold me . Anyways by the end of the conversation once I mentioned the Lemon Law it was needless to say they refunded all my money back .PLEASE GET YOUR CARS CHECKED OUT ON YOUR OWN DON'T JUST TAKE THEIR WORD ON IT BECAUSE THEY'RE THERE TO MAKE MONEY

Review: I financed a car through this company in October 2009. I made my payments on time for November, December, January, and February. During March of 2010, I was experiencing financial difficulties due to ongoing medical problems. I resigned from my job position and was unable to maintain payments for the vehicle. Instead of acquiring repossession, I brought the vehicle back to the company who advertises "If you have problems paying, bring it back no questions asked". After I signed paperwork relinquishing myself from the vehicle I found charges for approximately $4000 on my credit report. When I contacted them they informed me that turning the vehicle in was a voluntary repossession and it resulted in charges to my credit. I asked how I could resolve it and they told me if I paid the cleaning fee and auction fee of the vehicle they would remove said charge from my credit report. I made a payment to them during February of 2014. It is now September 2014 and they charges still show negatively on my credit history.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor their word and remove the negative charges from all 3 credit bureaus. It is negatively affecting my credit history, credit score, and possibilities of receiving loans from other companies.
