This is the worse service I have ever rec'd, I have calledl several times about my washer/dryer combo. They sent out a service guy and he told us the machine is defected, and needs to be replaced. I have used this machine a total of 1 time. I have called and called , sent pictures and still can't get a answer. Today I spoke with Adam and he promised to call back tomorrow. I won't hold my breathe. Stay away from equators. At this point I want a refund to buy and different manufactures machine.
