We did respond to this complaintHowever, we have no problem restating our position*** *** was scheduled for an appointment at the dealers service deptafter he arrived the service manager diagnosed the vehicle issues and explained to *** *** that the repair work would take multiple
hours to complete and that he was welcome to stay in the waiting room and watch TV*** *** and I believe his mother started complaining about how long the repair was going to takeOne hour later they told the service manager that they could not wait any longer and had to leave, The service manger buttoned up the car and as they left he told *** *** to schedule another appointment so the work could be completed*** *** never returned to the dealers service dept.As to Mr.Hallback's complaint regarding the service warranty which was part of his vehicle purchase, he does have and has always had a warranty! There may have been a paper work issue with the warranty company however his vehicle was covered as per the terms and conditions of the document which he signed*** *** claimed that the vehicle developed a transmission problem and declined bringing the vehicle to the dealers service deptInstead he brought the vehicle to a service station near his residence which is permitted by the warranty agreementThe service station proceeded to call the warranty company claiming that vehicle now required a new transmission and a new motor! The warranty company, which is a nationally recognized warranty company, felt that the claim for a new motor may be suspectMr Hallback and his service station mechanic proceeded to call the warranty company repeatedlyInstead of declining the claim as a potentially fraudulent claim, the warranty company picked up the vehicle and towed it to one of their approved repair facilities where the vehicle is being repaired.The claims listed herein are a flagrant abuse of the complaint processThe time associated with vehicle warranty claim issue is a product of *** *** not making his vehicle available for repairWe will not compensate him for emotional distress or defamation of character since we have not disclosed any private information other than responding to his complaintWe are continue to live up to all items detailed in *** *** sales agreement

yes the customer purchased and financed a Nissan MuranoAnd unfortunately subsequent repair issues can ariseThe vehicle was brought back to one of our service facilities to resolve the issueUnfortunately, when the vehicle was out for a road test the vehicle was involved in an accident
which took some time to repair.The repairs were paid by the dealerFurthermore, the customer was given a loaner car to driveAdditionally, when the customer had to travel out of state and did not feel comfortable with the loaner vehicle, the dealer paid for the cost of a rental carThe dealer also arranged to have the finance company put all loan payments on hold while the vehicle was being repaired

elected to purchaseAs for the condition of the vehicle we stand by our
AutoCheck report which displays a vehicle score of as opposed to similar
vehicles that scored between 14-and no structural or water damageNo lock
was put on the hood of the car!Furthermore, *** *** name was misspelled, which was
the only change made to his documentsThis can be supported by our secure
document storage which saves all documents created.This is a case of buyer’s remorseUnfortunately, you
can’t purchase a vehicle on 10/**/and bring it back 10/**/because you
don’t like it

him in regards to his refundI requested him to please bring credit card he used into the office so I can process refund and as of this date he has not come in to do soI can provide copies of emails requesting him to bring his credit card inThank You and enjoy your day

Still the engine light is on and never went on. Have taken car to Wavelry Ave repair shop and they cant fix the car. Which they sold a car that they cant fix I am making this complaint agaisnt them and also making a complaint with the Attorney General office because of car not being repaired. I am very upset about this because I am paying for a car that is not right at all. All I want is my car fixed correctly....

The subject vehicle was held on our lot for 3 weeks with a $200 deposit to accommodate the customer. This prevented us from selling the vehicle to another customer. The vehicle was financed not leased. If the customer new something was wrong as soon as she drove off the lot why did she not pull...

back in and voice her concerns instead of driving 61 miles? The dealership owns and operates (2) vehicle repair facilities and has owned and operated repair facilities for over thirty years. New brakes often feel soft. We are prepared to refund $500.

My mother and I left the vehicle at their repair shop with Patrick . We explain to Patrick all of our concerns concerning the repairs that was needed on the car. Also, the three warning lights that was on the dashboard. A week later Patrick call my mother to come and pick up the car.Cherice Walker: I retrieved the car from Patrick sometime in mid August on a Saturday. When I started the car two of the warning lights came on- one was for the tire pressure two of the tires had low pressure. The other light I didn't know what it was for. However, I immediately went  back into Patrick's office to express my concerns. Because these were the same two lights out of three, that was on when my son and I dropped the car off. Patrick came out to the car he looked at the lights and told me "[redacted] .   paid for an extended 't worry about light for the brakes

 
 I don't agree with there response. I paid for an extended warranty. However, GWC explained to me that 112Auto failed to process the paperwork within 30 day of purchase of the car. I have recordings with Nick saying to me that they made an mistake on the paperwork. The recordings will prove that they are lying to you and on me.The car require major repairs.
