I did not seek to do business with Consolidated, they called me asking questions about my company's copy machineModel, make, etcI did not request products or services for our machine, but I have received three shipments of toner that I did not orderShipments show up and are followed by an invoice a week later Our machine has a contracted service agreement and when payment isn't requested immediately, one would assume it came from an affiliate of the servicerWhen I received calls about a request for payment, I paid for the first shipment This was my error, and I called our copier rep to ask if something had changed with our agreement and was told that this is indeed a scam

I just want to say that this the second time a business from Colorado has done this scam, I must say that this time it happened with toner saying they where ricoh reps which they obviously weren't and they didn't even know the name of my facility yet they still sent the package and the bill for almost $which is ridiculous for one toner never the less I receive toner from my reps for freeI've called numerous to get no response and when I finally get through the gentlemen who I spoke to I believe by the name of George can;t quite rember was not a big help at all since I was trying to request a return label for the item all he said was yeah you can return it as long as the box or the item is unopened but I really wanted was for him to listen to me and send me a return label for the item that I don't wish to keep or pay for

This company just started to send me toners without my knowledge and keep sending me tonerI have tried calling and cannot get no answer at allI do not expect to pay an invoice that I did not order any toner forI would love to get this resolved but have not had any luck with getting in contact with anyone via phone and faxTHIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!
