Into complain tuffs were pullingoutHe said itwas because of his dogItold him that *** did not warranty against pet damage only stainsHe wasnot happy so I initiated a claim for him with ***They promptly sent out an inspector and notifiedus the animals nails were causing damage though no fault of the carpetThis was no surprise to me.Carpet is a fabric and while very durable cannot be abused.*** wanted his money backIexplaned to him that we took care of labor but all products hadwarranty from the manufactures.This is stated on our receipts and the backs of carpet samples.Also *** had his own test done on the carpet, Iwas surprised he sent us a copy since it plainly shows thecarpet passed the FHAtest.He does not argue the fact his dog is causing the damage .We have sold a lot of this carpet and ones similar to It and this Is the only complaint ofthis kind.Iam sorry *** is having this problem but I can't trim the dogs nails and take care of his animals.I believe *** did what they should have in this claimThey were fast and let him know that it wasnot a manufacture issue.*** has not wanted to hear facts on this even when his own tests showed a pass.Anyquestions please feel free to contact me at *** as typing is obviously not my strong suit.*** ***
