I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.][redacted] did not "store" anything for me, she fraudulently is holding my items that I have paid for in full including shipping and handling.I will not be extorted. I agreed to pay her the "first" time she asked for drapes, I have not received! So  there was no need for "storage".Drop the fraudulent storage fees Deliver my things and pick up your check orif you choose, will send someone to pickup and payOtherwise, Revdex.com, please post my unresolved complaint to warn others

I'm not  delivering anything until her balance is paid in full the longer she waits the more fees . [redacted] , owes for custom drapes everything is delivered at the same time paid in full before deliver. Friday she will  received another bill!! fees added. I have been trying to resolve this before It got to this point and I am not changing ,the balance  need to be paid in full, because my driver guys do not pick up balances only deliver the merchandise . I have done my best to  satisfy this customer gave a lot of money back , everything was done properly and she broke the  agreement ,  when she decided to buy, from my vendor , so she's going to do things my way if she won't her  merchandise. PS she can't make my rules , she' can get her on business to do that. To me this is not a real complaint , I have done a fantastic job at home and she's just mad because she can't control anything because she is the one with no integrity.  If she would like to take me to small claims court, I'll be happy to go and plead my case , otherwise this Is costing her more money.Thanks Peggy

I had previously discussed her ordering that same chair, but she never took the time to order the free fabric samples so that I could choose a fabric, so I ordered the samples and the chair myself.  I immediately agreed to pay her drapery balance of $627.00, and arrange for delivery of my dining set and drapes, "SHE REFUSED" ! I started a project with [redacted] Which all work has been completed, the floors,painting and one sofa was delivered to her because, she went into the store and did not tell them I was a designer so I lose 30% on that sale. I did not want to be responsible for that sofa  therefore , I...

had it delivered to her house , but the other items I purchased under my design name, was delivered to me. I have the option to have my delivery sent to me ,so I can stage my clients home.  I lost trust with [redacted] when she decided to go to my vendor and buy products from them without my knowledge. After she had told me she ran out of money. The budget was 15,000 through 20,000 to complete the project .  After we completed the floors and the painting and I was  finally okayed to order the table and the chairs.She told me she ran out of money. They after that,  I contact her to let her know the status of a furniture and drapes.  She informed me that she had went to my vendor without me agreeing to it and I lost the percentage that I was receive as the designer . She knew my hourly fees , before I start working with her ,she had me go to stores that I didn't even buy from , so yes I charged her for those hours and when she complain about them I refunded her back some of the hour.  Just to satisfy my customer . I have been trying to resolve this for months , I had explained to her and emails that after her furniture was sent to me. I will deliver them to her after she pay balance in full.  When her furniture was delivered and drapes was picked up. I sent her an email letting him know that we was going to storage The items and was going to charge her for storage fees, every day until she paid her balance in full.  So at this point [redacted] owes me for the balance of my drapes and storage fees and I would be happy to resolve this as soon as possible with a cashiers check and my guys will deliver her Items,  I have refunds back to her staging fees, hardware and installation of the drapes. I will not come back into [redacted] home and we'll we'll be I will not come back into [redacted] home and we'll we'll be happy to deliver her items at a time that is convenient for us both after I receive my payment balance in full. Ps  my lawyer will only talk to [redacted] for a fee of $200 an hour and if she would like me to have him send her a letter it  Will be a choice to her of $300 in his fees .
