I am very satisfied with the service I received from Consolidated Credit Counselling Services of Canada Inc. The Senior Insolvency Counsellor, Mr. Dalwinder Saggu, who was assigned my file was great. He was easy to reach and got back to my phone calls and emails rapidly. Not once did I feel judged. He explained every step of the debt relief plan that I chose and went the extra mile to reassuring me throughout the whole process. I would just like everyone to know that Anthony at Consolidated Credit Counseling Services of Canada was amazing. I hesitated making this phone call because of the fear of the unknown but Anthony gave me solutions, answered questions and walked me through everything. Why did we not do this sooner! I advise everyone who has unmanageable debt to make the phone call. I did it and so can you! Now we have one payment for everything. No more dreading going to the mailbox and finding stacks of bills that we have no clue when and how to pay. I went to Consolidated Credit Services April of 2015 due to my father had passing away leaving me with a mortgage among other debt in 2013. I am a single parent and already had a mortgage. Through the two years preceding April of 2015 I accumulated debt from my fathers estate, because he didn't live in the same town I found myself having to drive across the province to deal with his affairs and home. By the time April of 2015 came I was in serious financial disrepair. I went to Consolidated credit and consolidated the two credit cards I had maxed out. Things weren't easy as I made payments to slowly pay them off along with my fathers mortgage and property taxes but if it hadn't been for their services I would have lost everything. 1 year later I'm happy to report I sold my dads home paid his debts as well as my own and the two credit cards I had consolidated. Thank you for believing in me and helping me to get back on my feet.

After what seemed like forever I am now completely consumer debt free. During the process of paying the debt off it has taught me many life lessons. I have trained myself to be disciplined with my money and while paying the debt off I still managed to go on my annual vacations to Jamaica by saving money and learning to live without credit cards. The staff at Consolidated Credit were always understanding and supportative. I encourage everyone who want to live without debt, credit cards use this service. Living without debt gives you more choices in life. Having no debt means that I can choose to work at a job not because I "have to" due to debt but rather I want to because I no longer have to worry about paying bills. Its such a liberating feeling and I am truly feel FREE of the daily grind of life and I can do what I want in life instead of debt dictating my path. Also it has become more important then ever to be consumer debt free as I live in Vancouver, BC and having no debt is essential to function here due to the high cost of living and rental affordability.

Consolidated credit counselling was amazing they helped when nobody else would. Everyone I have dealt with or talked to helped me work through this now I am debt free. Even to the last phone call with Grace Kelly such a positive and wonderful person. This company is lucky to have her.
