My issue cannot be resolved. Consolidated Credit Solutions, Inc., has ruined my credit rating. They told me they could not guarantee my credit rating wouldn't go down, but said it would probably go up. Wrong!!! In order to get me to sign up, they withheld information and in some areas simply failed to inform me of the facts. After making my first payment to them on July 23, 2014, they took over making my payments. They made some payments late, which resulted in 'hits' on my credit rating and sometimes incurring late fees. My credit rating has gone from borderline good/fair to very poor. They informed me I could quit the program at any time, but what good would that do, since they have already destroyed my credit? I am very angry at this company and I would die before sending any business their way.

I was so stressed going into the process and came out of it with 100 pounds lifted off my shoulders! They were very thorough and communicated with me several times to ensure that they had all of the information correct! I would recommended them to anyone!
