at Consolidated Custom Carpentry wish only the best for Ms *** and hope for her long term recovery.Shortly after contracting to do basement repairs due to a sewer back up, the job was delayed after Ms *** suffered a personal loss when her live in boyfriend died from a drug related overdose, shortly after contracting this projectthe job was significantly delayed , when Ms *** informed us of a Mold issue, several months went by until the mold remediation process was completedThe Job was again delayed when Ms *** informed us of a bug/pest problem , there were several more delays to include sending workers to the house and not able to gain access, Ms *** went on a vacation trip which delayed the projectWhile we sympathetic to Ms *** and the sensitive nature behind many of her issues, We did find communication and trying to re-schedule around many of these issues difficult. Consolidated Custom Carpentry has delayed this response intentionally as we were not sure how to best convey these sensitive issues on such a public forum, and only wanted to provide as much discretion as possible
