May 10, 2017Revdex.comPOBOX 1000DuPont, WA 98327Dear Revdex.com Resolution Consultant:This home was a bank repo purchased by [redacted] *** Mr [redacted] hired me to move the manufactured home, a triple wide 40xwith a 4th section being a 13x We made every attempt to be as careful as possible, not to create any more tire tracks than was necessary However, the land owner made numerous attempts to make it much harder In one instance, he blocked the road with a farm tractor A 2nd time with his pitruck Until the time we were off his property, all his conversations were with the ***’ They also had equipment on site to excavate the home for removal He is claiming he needs rock to repair the driveway, but his complaint is for damages to his lawn which has been the way all conversations have gone It is unfortunate he lost the home to repossession I believe that seems to be the biggest problem.There are numerous areas that showed truck tracks and torn up grass in other areas of his yard that had nothing to do with us His only request, in which, the ***’ complied with, was to be notified when we were coming.Sincerely,Patricia R***Consolidated Home, Inc
