I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. While Bandy locksmith did offer to come out after multiple calls, we had already scheduled with another locksmith by this time, because we were getting nowhere with our first few calls. In a case where the security of our business is concerned, we could not play phone tag, so we had to decline the offer of another appointment. Also, the two screws that the company claims couldn't have been missing were not screws that would affect the function of the lock, and "testing the lock at least 3 times" wouldn't have shown the door jamb screws being missing. All calls made to this locksmith were made by [redacted] up until the person answering the phone began to get very disprespectful, cut him off, and then hung up on him. At this point, seeing him clearly getting fed up by this treatment, I called back and **did** introduce myself, otherwise the company couldn't have known what I was calling about. Since all calls to the company were made from a cell phone, call logs can prove that calls were made on many occasions to attempt to figure this out before another company was called. When I spoke (or rather was hung up on) to the company, it was still 3 days before the competing locksmith was replacing the lock. At this point, he had only come out to evaluate what would need to be done in order to repair the lock. There was no "come in 15 minutes or else" talk, and our calls up until we were hung up on were, while not cheery and friendly, very respectful and were made only for the purpose of getting the lock repaired. As of now, our lock has been replaced by [redacted] in [redacted], and has since been functioning without issue. One more thing I found to be concerning was that "Bandy Locksmith" was the original company that came out, but our check in payment had to be written to a completely separate company "[redacted]". I'm not sure exactly why this is, but it doesn't seem right to me. A copy of this check, as well as the advertising that Bandy Locksmith provided us with (business cards for his locksmith as well as garage door business) showing two different companies have been uploaded to this claim.

We received your complaint and responding to it accordingly. On May 19th, 2015 our company received a phone call from this customer complaining about his lock not working properly. When we asked what the problem was, he replied "another company came to fix the lock because the two screws came out"....

We were surprised that the customer did not call our company first since we did the job. Usually after some other company touches or tries to fix the job that was done (ex: lock" we do not give warranty, however, we offered to help the customer with a return call back to fix the lock and made a scheduled appointment to fix it.Two minutes after we scheduled everything, another gentlemen, who did not introduce himself and was rude, told us that we had to come in 15 minutes to fix it or not come at all, which was not possible due to being in the middle of a job, I have tried to calm him down and explain but he would not calm down or reason. After that I told him, "if you talk like that, I do not want to talk to you" and I understood he didn't want the help (the other locksmith company was already there).Few thing about the complaint.The customer stated that when the locksmith left he saw 2 screws on the table, which is not true, the locksmith tested the lock at least 3 times before leaving to make sure it was working properly.Calling another competing locksmith instead of us to fix the problem was not a good choice since we did the job and we could have fixed the problem right away without any issues.The customer stated that after 2 weeks the lock was loose, he should have called us right away to fix it and not want a month to do so.Bandy Locksmith guarantees and provides 24/7 emergency service. Our customers have been satisfied with our professional and honest services. We have never received any complaints before.
