After an internal investigation, we have found that information regarding the lender was given to her verbally and in writing to an email address she had providedShe chose to resolve the account with our office, but the arrangement was not followedWe attempted to contact her about
the default, but have no record of her contacting us post arrangement setup. Resolution is voluntary, so I have processed a refund for the one item that went throughWe wish that she had contacted us directly so we could have addressed the matter earlier.Thanks,Consolidated Management Group
