Review: TV guide was ordered through consolidated Processing Inc. There are 3 problems: First the price was not completely disclosed and the amount is unreasonable based on available pricing of the magazine. Second, the subscription has of yet to be updated despite the promise of being completed within 6-12 weeks. It is now 33 weeks. When they were called 6 weeks ago, they were rude, did not allow a supervisor to be spoken to. They would give no timeline as to when they could get the subscription updated. They refused to discuss issue a refund despite having spoken to an 85 year old with dementia.Desired Settlement: Just receiving the amount taken from the account refunded.

Review: On January 23,2014. I was contacted by a telemarketer from Consolidated Processing Inc. She informed me that I had won a gift voucher for $1000. for groceries. I informed her that she called during a time that I was taking a nap and that I was hearing impaired. She went on with her spru anyway. When I didn't answer her she went on anyway. During this onesided conversation she got me to agree to magazines. At the end of the call I had agreed to magazines and a price that I did not hear or understand. On January 27, 2014 Consolidated Processing mailed me a letter stating in that Consolidated Processing Inc. carries over 500 different magazines, all backed by their price guarantee--if you find a lower price per copy within 30 days, they would match and beat it by 5%. At receipt of the letter I called Consolidated Processing Inc. I informed them that I knew that the price was way to high for the magazines, and wanted them to match and give me the 5%. [redacted] Tried to reword the letter to say only that they would give me 5% off the original quoted price of $149.99 She Said the the money would be credited back to me. It is now March 14, 2014.I have not only not had the money returned to my account, But she is still refusing to honor the word of the letter. Since she is not willing to honor the letter, I feel it is only right for the company to return my money. The order #[redacted] is way beyond my income restrictions and I told her this.Desired Settlement: Since the terms of the letter are not being honored the order should be voided and my money returned.
