Review: On an earlier visit to see the movie [redacted] I was given a FREE ticket that I was told Had to be used before a date in September. Wednesday July 16th I went to see a movie. The ticket by the way has a list on the back of the do's and don't's for using the ticket. On presenting my ticket I was told that I had to pay $1.50 more because I was going to see a New Movie. WHY. If the ticket is FREE and a list of the requirements are on the back, that did not mention anything about an additional fee, why was I charged an additional $1.50. Lastly when is a movie not a new movie? Thank you for your attention.Desired Settlement: If the ticket is free then there should be no extra charge. If not it should not be given as a free ticket and should indicate that a additional charge will be charge upon redemption.
