I made a Real Estate investment with buy and sell in April Transaction was to close with the large law firm located in Georgia, *** * *** ***; which later was transferred to closed with Consortium Title The investor switched title company and didn't give me much choice I have transferred my Security Deposit and my Assignment fee deposit into Consortium Title's escrow account back in May for $20, The transaction closed in August 20, with the net proceed to me in the amount of $40, Until today, mid of February 2018, Consortium refused to send me my money and making all kind of excuses stating that my wire's instruction was not accurate even though the info was provided by my bank, *** *** I finally filed a claim with their E&O from *** *** Insurance under the coverage for escrow fraud; which triggered them to send me a check that was verified by their bank, *** ***, that the check is FRAUD and the branch manager advised that I mus
