[redacted] , I responded online to this with the below informationI submitted the response on or about 8/Was that not received?Consova’s team engaged with [redacted] on numerous occasions between May 5, and August 22, in an effort to assist him through his employer sponsored dependent eligibility verificationDuring this time, all submissions of [redacted] ’s were accurately processed with an average turnaround time of two business days[redacted] was informed in writing of the deadline to have all documentation submitted for review by July 27, on the following dates: 5/5/17, 6/6/17, 7/5/17, and 8/3/Additionally, [redacted] was notified via live phone call of the July 27, deadline on 7/11/17, 7/27/17, 8/7/17, 8/8/17, and 8/11/Unfortunately, the necessary documentation to verify the eligibility of the dependent noted in [redacted] ’s comments was received on August 8, As the documentation was received after the close of the verification, [redacted] ’s dependent was found ineligible to remain on his employer’s plan.We have reached out to [redacted] ’s employer on his behalf and believe that they will be making an exception to reinstate coverage for his dependent despite the untimeliness of his document submission.Please let us know if we may assist further regarding this matter.Thanks, [redacted]

Predatory bottom-feeders who have no moral compass, no integrity, and no reason for existing! Any person who works for them should hang their head in shame.

I was subjected to their invasive audit under threat of my dependents being purged from my health insurance plan. One of their requirements was most recent tax statement. I called to inform them that I had not completed my tax return yet and was told that a joint bank statement and "Affadavit of Marriage" would suffice.

After providing all of the documents this slimy piece of trash company demanded in the timeframe alotted, I was still greeted with a disgusting letter informing me that my dependents were ILLEGALLY purged from my insurance! They cited my failure to provide my tax statement, you know, the document they earlier told me I didn't need to provide because I gave them alternative documents. I had to call and then provide my tax documents even though I was told I didn't need to.

They then attached the ADDITOINAL requirement that they would have to "review the phone call" to ensure that they actually said that I didn't need to provide my taxes. Of course, at this point they can just decide that they didn't say what they said and keep my dependents purged ILLEGALLY from my insurance. After all, they have the power to make that determination and they have the only recording of the call. Plus, they have ZERO integrity and I fully expect them to continue this illegal activity.

I will be looking for a new job as I REFUSE to work for an employer that employs such a vile company as Consova to attack my children!

Also, it should be noted that Consova is in VIOLATION OF THE LAW in their audits as they attach the additional requirement that "you must claim your children as a dependent on your taxes" in order for them to be eligible.

There is no legal provision in the ACA which requires this. In fact, adult children aged 26 and under are required to be allowed on their parents' insurance plans even if they:

Get married
Have or adopt a child
Start or leave school
Live in or out of your parent’s home
Aren’t claimed as a tax dependent
Turn down an offer of job-based coverage

So they are not only unscrupulous bottom feeders devoid of any compassion or moral compass, but they are also flying in clear violation of the law.

They should be adjudicated out of business and their executive staff should be jailed immediately!

I am rejecting this response because: They waited until close to the cut odd before they attempted to process the paperwork? I'm not happy that my wife almost lost her health insurance because they don't process the paperwork in a timely manner
