Review: The [redacted] of the beauty salon is not licensed, she had no clue what she was doing. Aside from her work being unprofessional and amateur, I think there are serious health risks as she likely doesn't know proper sanitation procedures. She burned me many, many times with a professional grade flat-iron that one of her stylists admitted he stole. She had the flat-iron's heat as high as it could go and used oil to straighten my hair. This is what caused the burning. She was basically cooking my scalp and hair. I cried mid-session and another stylist took over.I was in so much pain and so upset by the experience that I couldn't stop crying and just paid her and left. I was burned so bad that weeks later, after she lied and told me no mark had been left, I had scabs falling off. She used low quality products and charged me extra for the services despite burning me and accidentally bleaching the roots of my hair (a patch in the back) because she apparently hadn't been listening when I told her what services I wanted. She didn't know how to do what I asked. She over-processed my hair while bleaching it (in effect making the color too light a shade of blond and totally stripping it). All the hair that she bleached has become extremely thin and falls out en masse just from simply attempting to wash it.Desired Settlement: I would like the $60 I paid her refunded and I think that it should be known publicly that her and her husband's establishment is a risk.
