I am not interested in getting in touch with this coNor I want him to come and fill in the hole with dirtRight after I came back from my tripI saw my neighbor, called me and showed me the holeHe said you have a problem with the job they did hereYou need to call those people and finish the job because you paid a lot of money he said,and Water it's been going down your house every time it rainsThere is a palm right next to the house(is my neighbor's) he said that,he took some dirt from the palm that the workers leftHe thought that was enough,but rained again,and water went down the house againI called this guy twice and left massages to no avail.Two weeks passed by,and no signs of this guy...is went I called the person who recommended him.so I asked this person to call him, and right away he answered his call.So MrB*** called me,and I explained everything,and he gave me a long talk,that I have drainage problems this,and thatI said look there is no such a problemMy neighbors are in their seventies I asked them, if the neighborhood had problems, and they said no there is no such a thingI said to mrB***All I want iis for you to come and fill in the hole, and his respond was NOI said thank you, and I hanged upHe calls me two minutes later(I don't know what changed his mind)but he said send me the invoice #At this point I couldn't think about the contractI thought he was talking about the drawing he made went he came to see the foundation about all the piers that the house need itSo what I did was sending back the drawing with all my infoEver since,I haven't heard from himIt wasn't hard for him to come,and fill in the hole...so where is the warrantee here? I spent all my savings, I'm a divorce parent, working hard for my money,struggling...AnywayI have filled in the hole myselfSo that's why I don't want to have any further business with him again nor I want to recommend him ever.Thank you very much for your assistance, and have a good weekend.*** ***

I had a long conversation with her regarding this. I explained to her that the problem is a drainage problem where water from the rain washed out  the dirt on top of  the one pier. At the end of the conversation I told her to call me back to give me the project number and I would take care...

of it. She never called me back. I feel this is not fair that I should be charged with this complaint
