Hello, I recently received a letter from Revdex.com for a complaint from a customer We are located in the USA The customer is located in the UK The customer placed an order, when she received it she was unhappy with the cost of her country's custom duty tax Our site lists on our
site that international orders may be charged for this tax depending on their country.This customer threatened that if I didn't pay for her duty tax that she would slander my company on social media and report me to Revdex.com Our site makes it known that this charge may exist and we of course offered her a 100% refund, which we will be doing when the order returns to us So we consider the matter resolved as she will not be charged anything.Thanks
