After receiving a prompt quote at a competitive price, we recently hired Brian Bauer to do some remodeling at our house in Beavercreek , which is currently for sale Brian and his crew upgraded the flooring in three of our bathrooms with tile and replaced/upgraded the wall tile around the tub in the master bathroom They were prompt and courteous on a daily basis and completed the work in a short period of timeThey were experienced and knowledgeable and their work was of high qualityWhen a few minor setbacks occurred during the project, they worked diligently to resolve the issues even having some of the specialty tile express delivered to complete the project prior to a scheduled showing and open house They took pride in their work and cleaned up the work spaces on a daily basis so the house would be ready to show at a moments noticeThey worked continuously on our project and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the work throughout the entire project from start to finishWe have lived in the Dayton area for years and this is the best experience we have had in a remodeling project during this time Brian Bauer will be our first call when we have our next remodeling project
In 2006 we needed our roof replaced, but had had such sloppy, overpriced work from the contractors we had tried to date unsure what to do. Finally, we just went to the phone book and contacted three contractors, after talking to him we both agreed that Brian appeared to be the most honest, so had him replace the roof. We were so thrilled that we then showed him the things that other contractors had done very poorly and had him to replace and redo them.
At this point we knew we had a contractor! We had Brian to remodel and upgrade all three bathrooms, new vinyl, vanities, toilets, etc. Next the kitchen needed painted over the sinks, Brian showed us some small tile blocks and asked if we would like that, our response was we loved it. Can you do the wall behind the stove and under the microwave as well, also, install the title on the dressing table in the main bathroom.
Next, we needed new vinyl in the kitchen and entry hall for the front door, then change the power outlet and water so the washer and dryer could exchange locations. Since then we have had Brian and his crew to replace the gutters that were falling off with new improved hangers, replace all the boards on our deck.
Then most recently my wife have a problem with her hip that required her to be in a rehab center for two months, and she needed a handicap shower when she came home. We arranged for Brian to take out the old shower and install a handicap shower. When she was released two weeks earlier than planned Brian and crew were overloaded with work but he and one of his crew came over and completed the remodeling so she could safely shower.
Brian has consistently exceeded our expectations and we have recommended him to all our friends.
