Phip was the contractor that took care of the water leak in my condo complex. I was without a kitchen for a couple months. That wasn’t the problem. He did not replace my kitchen with the equal cabinets. They were much smaller. Could fit my dishes back in. My linoleum he had installed was not equal to what I had. It is falling apart now. It’s been a couple years. Now I see how he cut corners to make insurence money Form my home owners dues. Most of the work he did in my house was good enough to collect his money. His workmanship and quality of materials he installed was less then par, to say the least. He is at best a handyman NOT a contractor. I say this as a 32 year construction professional. I know it’s been a couple years but his workman ship should last longer then a couple years and his replacement matrerials should be just be equal to what was in my house. I live in vicara rocklin ca.
