I do not understand how Mr*** could possibly complain to the Revdex.com knowing that in the last nine days I've been hospitalized my wife is been hospitalized and I've explained this to him his demands are on reasonable I did explain to him one specific day I can be there in minutes his
schedule did not allow however Mr*** let's take this to arbitration or small claims I'm ready

days after the complaint was received, a contractor of mine (a roofing foreman) personally went to the home of the complainant and made the repairs. He left a note taped to the front door stating repairs were completed. He took photos of the work that was done and also of the note left on the door informing complainant of the work that had been done.I do not feel that this complaint should have been allowed due to the circumstances and considering the work has been completed. Also, there is no need for mediation at this time. The only reason I would want to go to Mediation is to be exhonerated from this complaint and have it removed from my company's business review

I would like to point out a few facts firstOne, we never had a contract with the person making the complaint, our warranty is with the original homeownerThe extended warranty can only be applied for at the time of installation from the
original homeowner, therefore allowing a transfer to the new homeowner which was never applied for
I will explain that if decking was missing when installed there would have been a noticeable dip in the shingles as there would have been nowhere for the roofers to nail the shingles down with the size of the hole which was explained as a ftby ftareaThere would have been much more damage to the attic and ceiling if it occurred over a year periodIn this complaint he states there were two different roofers that inspected the roof for himOne stated he thought there was missing decking and one stated cracked decking
The damage in the roof should have been discovered when he had the house inspected before purchase which would make the home inspector liable for improper inspection and the original homeowner responsible to complete the repairs before the new homeowner took possessionThe cracked decking could have happened at any time after installationOur crews do not pass over wood that needs replacement
In order to determine his statement of missing material, the current roofing material would need to be removed before a proper inspection and verification could be trueNeither of his roofers that inspected the roof has provided pictures or a written statement to this effectThis still does not put the liability on our Company but it helps explain to the homeowner where the problems truly lie
I was contacted by the consumer and explained the warranty to him and let him know that there would be a $feeI have asked for pictures and he nor the inspecting roofers have sent themI will state that there is confusion as to what is the damage...Missing decking or cracked decking
In closing I will state that there is no financial liability or responsibility with my companyIn an effort to maintain the quality and craftsmanship, in which the company has always done, I have offered him the opportunity to fix the problem at a minimal feeThere have been two roofers who have utilized their time and expertise to visually inspect but nothing was done to correct the issueThe homeowner knows he is responsible to but is trying to conserve cost at other people's expense

Our verbal agreement consisted of only replacing 12 feet of fly rafter.One of my workers and myself explained the installation process, what the final would look like three different times and cost difference from a true 2x10 rough cut cedar...

and the white pine boards installed. When we explained the cost difference you exclaimed" that's a lot of money I dont have that kind of money, my kids borrwed most of my money, I am a sucker for them, is that the cost for just for a few boards, really? Then stated that you felt fain. This threatening contractor guided you to a chair. Assuring your health/safety. Which I knew you weren't kidding as I have observer your wobbliness while stepping around the house. to explain. The fly rafter installation.
Several days passed, you called me and to my surprise borrowed the money from your daughter? Asked where we had been?
When we arrived again you wobbled around the house and re questioned the installation, again you were in agreement to the process, This was the 5th time of explanation.
Due to the unsteadiness& ability to maneuver you were asked to go inside, It was unsafe for you to walk around and constantly question! Even un-safe for the workers, distractions and worrying about you underneath the ladders..
You call this bulling tactics, in geriatrics we call it SENIOR SAFETY!!!
The downspout 90 degree turns separated. When I showed up to fix the fly rafter I was asked to reassemble as you could not reach, YOu made mention that you had sawed off the concrete from the fencing that was blown down. Then asked me to haul off . I said if there is room in the truck when we finish fly rafter. I would do that for you!!
I contacted you the next day asking how your day was?? You stated [redacted], in puzzlement I questioned what that meant? You stated [redacted]. this went on for three sentences. Finally I asked you to tell me what happened.? Thats when you explained about the disconnectedness with the fly rafter. My statement to you is I haven't looked at it yet and until I see it I cant agree or disagree. Will come buy later to look at.You continued to complain and stated you do everything by the book!!
I then stated well if you want everything done by the book we should have a building inspector come out and look at this It can simply resolve all this [redacted] / I did caution you and explain that this could open a can of worms for you there are many other things wrong with your home. Some how you spouted off that you felt I was threatening you to have an inspector come buy and verify the installation.
Thinking that this was getting way out of content I stated let me come buy and look later today.
Called around 3 you said I was fired and the police will be there when I showed up.
They were and I wasn't allowed to view, look at any repairs that need to be done. I must state he white pine boards were primed with yellow paint, I observed this before material was taken to job!!
So now on with the ladder. There are neighbors, and fellow workers have seen this ladder. I never have owned a aluminium painters ladder, my roofers have no use for one, and this ladder hasn't left your property. When you questioned me about it I had a worker come buy. I told you I would say nothing to him and you questioned him about this ladder? Remember? He verified by showing you the paint drips from your neighbors work on this ladder I said nothing.You even said well I shouldn't of let my painter use this ladder. he got brown paint all over it brown you couldn't recall where the brown was used. Buy the way I have a captured picture of this ladder when we snapped pictures of your car port for the roof. Guess what its the same ladder.
Apparently your grand daughter has taken it upon her self to post on face book the so called events as you might of explained it to her. Maybe there are laws in effect for tortoises Inference with business with intentional interference's with business.
How can one be so disturbed on a job that hasnt any contract? NO money paid, and consider one treating? When it was all on the good faith of a contractor who was willing to help out a senior citizen whom has been ripped off from there own children and doesn't hardly have money to pay for anything.? Has to borrow from them after all she has loaned. Yes this inconsiderate contractor heard all the stories from grand-maw, hours worth
So my resolution is simple keep up the good work kids.
Grandmaw has the paint to finish, the boards can be repaired at your own expense. Just pay me the cost only

I just received this Revdex.com complaint
It is imperative to understand the circumstances to the situation!
I have stated on several different occasions that I would come out to the house to finish this job and do a repair
Mr. [redacted] you are aware...

that you never finished paying your bill in full so how could you possibly expect someone to support a warranty issue???
When it was first brought to your attention I stated specifically no warranty or any previous work will be completed with the deception of writing bad checks to pay for services
To this day you have still not made that check valid.
I think in business terms that closes the case how can I possibly OU for something you've never paid
And expect something in return much less have the audacity to complain about it
My resolution is find some good money pay a contractor and get it fixed at your expense I feel I owe nothing for a job that is never been paid for just like you felt you didn't need to pay for it
