On 12-4-we took our van for repair on a transmission AAMCO Stone Transmissions had previously rebuilt(Rebuilt trans lasted for only mos before needing repair.) Company promised to repair our van & to have it returned on a certain date & time & then failed to honor that date & time every day for 10-daysOwner and other employee promised day after day to have van to us by this time and then that timeFinally got van back days after putting in shopThis was the poorest customer service I have experienced in my years We will NOT go back even if warranty work is needed!

I went in to Aamco to have hoses repaired from damage done by [redacted] on Mendenhall. The staff there was very friendly and willing to help. Especially Steve S[redacted] and Lisette. They repaired the hoses quickly even though they were busy at a reasonable price and got me out of there in good time to make it to the doctor. Great job guys.
