I am rejecting this response because:I have repeatedly talked to Jerry at said business and he repeatedly tells me he will get the money to me, but things come up. Again it's been six weeks and I just want my $5,
back. I can understand the fact that he deposited the money, but he should of never spent the money when he never started the project. He knew that I would proceed if he did not get my money to me by this past Sunday, 4/29/18. At 5:am on Monday, 5/30/18, he sent me a text that his AC went out in his vehicle. This is not my problem. I did not give him $5,to work on another project or take care of his personal finances
