So regardless if I did purchase your extended warranty it when the matterThe battery would still need to be replacedThe most baffling part of this whole situation is that you guys are selling high mileage hybrid cars, with no hybrid technician and no warranty company willing to cover the cars Regards, [redacted]

HelloThis customer , as every other customer , knew that he buying vehicle from us AS-ISEvery customer test-drove vehicle before purchasing and knew that when he left with a vehicle from our dealership vehicle was driving perfectWe do not force nobody to buy a vehicle We check every vehicle before sale and inspecting them Anyway, all our vehicles are used vehiclesWe can not take responsibility for vehicles when they leave our lotWe do not force nobody to buy a vehicle , we had vehicles with lower mileage but of course with higher price

I am rejecting this response because:
I purchased the vehicle with the impression that I would have a warranty that covers issues that it needs to coverIt has now been about 1/months and I have had issues with the vehicle that neither warranty would coverI have been without an active warranty for over a month nowWarranties are expected to cover issues that ariseI feel that I have been the victim of bait-and-switch business operations and should receive compensation for the money put out for repairs that should have been covered under warranty

*** *** purchased from Balic Auto's INC *** ** *** .Prior to purchasing she test drove couple vehicle and she decided to purchase this vehicleWhen were finalizing Contract for purchasing a vehicle I, *** ***, explained to her and her mom that she will get months Extended warranty
from *** -FREE of charge for her ( my boss will pay for warranty) .Anyway in State of *** EVERY VEHICLE WHICH HAVE MORE THAN 60,MILES OR IF IT IS OLDER THAN SIX YEARS IS SOLD AS-IS*** *** wanted warranty on longer period of time so she decides to purchase Extended warranty from *** *** *** -Warranty company for months.I did explain to *** *** that *** warranty is active soon as she leave property but for *** *** plus warranty that it will be active when she get her ID Card*** *** paid for warranty with personal check We did deposited check on Balic Auto's INC account and when check was cleared we did send contract and check to *** *** *** ** *** , explained to *** *** that when her *** *** *** *** is active , if it is something wrong with vehicle she need to take vehicle to a mechanic and mechanic have to call Warranty people to process the claim for repairsNobody gave her impression if she do any repairs by herself that she will get refund from warranty companyAnyway, this vehicle is ** inspected and before she collected the vehicle she test drove one more time this vehicle What happened to after she collect vehicle it is not our responsibility .Thank you

Every customer test-drove vehicle before purchasing and knew that when he left with a vehicle from our dealership vehicle was driving perfect. We do not force nobody to buy a vehicle . We check every vehicle before sale and inspecting  them . Anyway, all our vehicles are used vehicles. We can not take responsibility for vehicles when they leave our lot.
