I hired this contractor to paint and remodel a condo I purchased back in October Due to the fact that I had a timeline but he did not my flooring installed before the painting was finished This contractor did not bother to use drop cloths or anything which resulted in paint drips on my carpetNot only that but there was paint light fixtures, outlet receptacles and smoke detectors When I brought it to his attention he was apologetic and assured me that he would be able to get it out as it was only "latex paint" and he has a carpet cleaning business as well and he would be able to get it out I was told repeatedly not to worry about itHe didn't bother to try and clean until months later when the job was finished and of course it did not come out because of paint dye He offered to try different things, suggesting that we cut and patch the carpet which I said no to I told him that I would be contacting the carpet people and having them give me an estimate as to what the re
