I tried to help this customer with her mobile home it had been blown off it's stands which were totally rusted out and not viable any longer! she was clearly distraught and I wanted to helpI told her that I would realign it for $relock it for another $and reconnect the tiedowns
that were there she agreed to the $to realign itshe did not want to pay the to re-block and tie it( she said she didn't have anymore money for that part yet ) I told her that I had to put some blocks that she had therethat she had thereI got it realigned and I decided to put the rest on at no charge. She agreed to realign it for $and like as necessary until she got more money from her sister or whoever it was that she was engaged with The monies help . As you can see there are somethings you cannot help and some people I did the best I could to try and help this woman for a decent price I was there for over five or six hours trying to line it and putting those blocks in thereshe said she could not get anyone to help her when we first met and now I see why, are usually try to help everyone I can.you're welcome to call anyone you're welcome to call anyone of my other customers and ask themI'm sorry that you we could not come to an agreement. I am rejecting this response because:
Mr. [redacted] is a liar, we never discussed another charge of $650. He wanted to charge me extra to put new tie downs , and I told him that city ordinance says NO TRAILERS can be tied down anymore. I have the estimate where he is wants another $2600 to relevel and reblock my house again , even though he is the one who didnt complete leveling at the very beginning. The ONLY reason I had to hire him is because there was no other company's available at the time immediately after Hurricane, and I needed my glass doors installed asap. I have the receipt that clearly states "reset trailer block and level" $650 paid in full. I asked [redacted] 3 times to come correct one small problem and he refused to complete that job.  After he got my certified letter is when he agreed to refund me $200 cash and said he would return that amount in cash. This man argued and ignored and bullied me since day one, he was aggressive and he took advantage of me during this hurricane, I feel the amount I requested back was very fair, I have proof that the trailer had to be reblocked and releveled so the glass could be installed properly, could move forward with repairs after proper completion of job that [redacted] DID NOT WANT TO FIX.
